My time with Lawfecta has positioned me not merely as an observer but as a changemaker addressing the pressing challenges faced by legal professionals. The inception of Lawfecta was a response to a void I experienced in my 10+ year tenure as a Paralegal. I've navigated the intricate corridors of the legal industry, witnessing firsthand the hurdles and impediments businesses grapple with. The vision was clear: offer an alternative staffing solution, devoid of the exorbitant overheads associated with traditional in-house teams.
In 2017 I embraced a new direction, stepping away from conventional law firm structures to champion the cause of solo attorneys through independent contract services. As the digital age unfolds, the clamor for immediate, on-demand services is not just a trend but a paradigm shift I'm proud to be a part of.
